This post aims to compare two different FAQ pages with evaluation of what I will implement on my own website. 

(Handmade Candles Co. FAQ)

Handmade Candles Co divides their page into three sections organized by the core products of the brand. It answers non generic questions, selected to specific design or need of each product. 

(Sassyshop wax FAQ)

Sassyshop wax seem to take more general approach and answers standard questions which you can find on any ecommerce page. It is not design to specifics of the brands, however it gives more information about shipping than Handmade candle 

 

I believe the practice would be to create something between those two pages – practical info with personalised twist.
