About Page/Brand story
It explains loyalty and how to create enough momentum to turn an idea into a social movement. (Sinek, 2022)
How is that related to e-commerce about page? As studies by Sinek proved that there is a direct connection between Golden Circle model and human perception. With right explanation why brand was created chances for long-term succeeding are higher than with only excellent product and calculated selling strategy.
Sassy shop wax and Handmade candle co. done similar solution on their main page. Their “who are we” bar is directly under main picture on page.
Both brands are including their aims, missions, and main values of company. With that simple description both brands are giving their customers a chance to relate on emotional level. Thanks to that customer will choose brand which resonates with him more even if competitor sets lower prices for exact same product.
Icons are matching the general aesthetics of brand. Handmade candles co.
If brand was established a long time ago page creator should also include the history. Freshfields history page is fully animated, it presents the main point in history of company. It is easy to navigate and information and clear. It also includes The Future where companies aims, and future goal are stated.
What I am going to integrate on my page:
-aims/promise tab right after main picture – with explanation of name
-brief story of co-founders and company
